President- Michael James Noble Michael James Noble was born in Wisconsin, and started working in the Service Station / Auto Repair business at the age of 16. He climbed the ladders of the business from a gas attendant, through the stages of management, and eventually as a owner of multiple service stations. At the age of 23 he was offered a new Texaco branded Service Station. The business changed brands to Shell Oil in 2003 and he still owns this location with great success today. Michael was a partner in a Unocal branded station from 1979 to 1993, and he built and owned a Big-O branded tire store in the 1980ʼs. As a young father, Michael decided to further his education and he graduated from college with a degree in Business Administration in 1984. Michael was asked to serve on the Board of Directors for the Southern California Service Stations Association as the Texaco brand representative, and he eventually became President of the association is which he served for two years. In 1995 he was asked to become a instructor for LJT Management, Inc. in which he teaches courses to the oil company industry. He has instructed these classes intensely throughout the nation. As a Service Station owner, Michael Noble is continually involved with upgrades to his station. He understands the high expenses, stresses, and detailed demands of the service station owner. Through his expertise of the industry, he began M.J. Nobles Enterprises, Inc. in 2010. His goal is to assist the service station owner, management, and/or leaders of company operated stations to be the best that they can be.

Vice President- Michael J.G. Noble Michael James Gregory Noble was born and raised in Southern California. He was born into an entrepreneurial family, and learned a great deal about being a leader from his father Michael Noble. As a child, Michael watched his father closely, and learned that “leading by example” was the most respected and effective way to lead. Michael attended Biola University where he studied Organizational Leadership. Through college Michael worked in “high-end” retail management, in which he was always a young and respected leader.  Michael has held many professional positions, such as Account Executive in the Packaging and Entertainment Industry, Director of Operations in the Mental Health industry, and is currently a instructor at LJT Management (LJT Management provides intensive petroleum training for Oil companies worldwide).  Michael enjoys giving back to his community, and his passion is simply helping others. Michael is confident and enthusiastic about his position as the Vice President of M.J. Nobles Enterprises, Inc. Michael is honored to be working alongside his father, company employees, and board of directors.
